• The Art of Delegation: How to work effectively with other people by delegating your agency correctly, creating a flow where everyone wins.
• Working With AIs: How to delegate agency to Artificial Intelligence, using these modern tools to handle the heavy lifting so you are free to focus on the high-energy creative tasks that only YOU can do.

Each StarLab meets once a week at 8pm UK for four sessions. Numbers are limited to eight so everyone gets personal time with Silvia and the group stays coherent. Sessions are recorded for participants only.

• This Star Lab is for serious students of Modern Energy who are eager to explore, innovate, and co-create in a high-energy, collaborative space. Together, we’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in the Third Field.
