I don't want to talk about it - and you don't have to, there is a better way to actually heal from child ab*se. My reaction to "Who R@ped Janie Lane" by @dlux911 youtu.be/cBaW-oeUS7Q

Main points in brief:
Sexual Ab*se creates energy body damage, especially in younglings.
The effects of this may not become apparent until the youngling hits puberty and the energy body tries to evolve, but it isn't working as it should. The mental and emotional effects can be super serious and dramatic.
To "talk about it" whilst a person, youngling or adult, is in a state of chronic stress and disturbance is not only counter-productive, it can be even more damaging.
Stabilising the energy body through Modern Stress Management and in particular, Star Matrix FIRST is the right way to go.
When or if ever a person is ready to talk about it, we can do that whilst employing Modern Energy techniques (energy body centred techniques) to keep the energy system stable and healthy.

Additionally: Many younglings are showing the same symptoms of those who have been physically ab*sed but this never happened. The damage to their energy systems occurred instead online, through inappropriate sexual content and grooming in chat groups and whilst playing online games.
Without any definitive "cause" or direct traumatic incident, this makes the problem even more confusing and distressing, with extreme negative effects on the mental health long term.

For both groups, re-stabilising the energy body is of the essence to bring about hope, and long term healing/evolution.
