Focusing on anxiety increases anxiety. Who would have thought ..! If I had my way, all the teens in the world would get Star Therapy instead. And some basic Modern Stress Management!

Personal note: I recorded this just before starting to write "How I Escaped The Trauma Cult." It was one of the last straws. We really need to heal the spirit of the Western World ...
